HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-248CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of April , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none City Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-248 RESOLUTION REVISING POLICY REGARDING DEFERRED SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY IN COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL ZONED AREAS WHEREAS, in 1974 the City Council adopted a policy establishing procedures for D4 erred Special Assessments on Residential Property in Commercial/Industrial Zoned areas; and WHEREAS, in a report dated April 25, 1986, certain revisions have been proposed for City Council consideration; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve amendments to the policy establishing procedures for Deferred Special Assessments on Residential Property in Commercial/Industrial Zoned areas as contained in the City staff memorandum dated April 25, 1986 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by COuncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. skit �k+4�k #rArir
