Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the TRth day
of April , 1986. The following members were present:
Maygr Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk- Vacilinu and 7itijr
The following members were absent: nnnp
Councilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 243
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
PLYMOUTH PLAZA 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Randy Sauer, the owner of Lot 5, Block 3,
Plymouth Plaza 5th Addition has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of
the following utility and drainage easement:
The South 4.0 feet of the North 10.0 feet of Lot 5, Block 3,
Plymouth Plaza 5th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the
West 10.0 feet thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the sane to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 19, 1986 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmemberVasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
