HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-242CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of April , 1986. :be following members were present: mayor c -e er, Cotincilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and fitur none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86- 242 AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT STRGAR-ROSCOE-FAUSCH, INC. WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on December 3, 1979 by Resolution No. 79-792 entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Strgar-Roscoe, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates for professional services be revised; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City of Plymouth and Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. December 3, 1979 be the same as hereby amended to incorporate the new Schedule B, 1986 Rate Schedule as follows: CLASSIFICATION HOURLY RATE Principal Engineer - F. Strgar $52.50 Principal Engineer - B. Roscoe, P. Fausch b G. Seger 49.50 Associates 47.50 Registered Engineer and Transportation Planner 45.00 Assistant Engineer (B.S.C.E. and/or E.I.T.) 36.00 Technician Supervisor 33.50 Senior Technician 30.00 Junior Technician 24.00 Clerical 22.00 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating At invoice cost Out-of-pocket expenses such as meals, lodging, stakes lodging, stakes, telephone calls, etc. At actual cost Mileage $ 0.20/mile TRAFFIC/TRANSPORTATION SERVICES Principal Engineer - F. Strgar $71.00 Principal Engineer - B. Roscoe: and P. Fausch 61.00 Principal Engineer - G. Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
