Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of
April , 1986. The following members were present:
yor Schneiaer, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 240
ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
VICKSBURG WEST 2ND ADDITION
LEVY NO. 9716
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 85-506, Levy No. 9716, special
assessments were levied by the City Council for Vicksburg West 2nd Addition, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract certain properties were to be
assessed over a 10 year period;
WHEREAS, the assessments were levied over a 5 year period; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property owner
to abate the existing asseszments and to relevy said assessments in accordance with
the development contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1b1. That the assessments be abated in the following amounts as they
apply to each parcel here listed:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmeiiFer Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. CouncilmPmhers 10Crain,, C�k_,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
