Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of -the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heIT on the ')I

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-238
APPROVING ON -SALE WINE
FOR AL GILL, MARCELLO'S PASTA AND PIZZA
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Wine License has been received from Al Gill for
Marcello's Pasta and Pizza Restaurant, 4112 Lancaster Lane, for consideration
and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City
Code, Chapter XII, Section 1200; and
WHEREAS, the Police nepartment has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
ow NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that On -Sale Wine License be approved for Marcello's Pasta
and Pizza Restaurant, 4112 Lancaster Lane, for Al Gill for the period April 8,
1986 through Oanuary 31, 1987.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmeriber Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,Tre-
