Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council Gf the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,holdcn-� 21_ st _ day of

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and saved

RESOLUTION NO. 86- 237
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PROPOSED WORK FOR THE
ZACHARY PLAYFIELD CONCESSION BUILDING
WHEREAS, cost estimates for the Zachary Playfield concession building
exceeded the budgeted amount, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended the
building not be constructed at this time, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed the
Director's recommendation and concurs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed said recommendation ,
from the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and the Director of
Parks and Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that:
1. The work on the Zachary Playfield concession building shall
stop at this time.
2. The contract with Bonestroo. Rosene and Anderlik architects
shall be amended to provide for landscape architecture and
engineering of the site work at the Zachary Playfield.
3. A budget of $30,000 shall be allocated for completing said
landscaping work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution Ms duly seconded
by Co ilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followIng voted in favor there -o : Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
SiskandZitur .
