Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the s25_ day of
April , 1986. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 86- 234
DECLARING A"EQUACY OF PETITION
FERNBROOK LANE - NORTH OF NORTH LINE OF
KINGSVIEW HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. A certain petition requested the improvement of Fernbrook Lane
between the North line of Kingsview Heights 2nd Addition to
approximately 200 feet North of said line (North line of the N 1/2
of the S.E. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4, Section 9, Township 118, Range 22)
filed with the Council on April 21, 1986 is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected
thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota
State Statutes, Sections 429.035.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the Assessment Committee for
their review and recommendation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Sj;hneider. Councilmembers
Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou and Mir
The following voted against or abstained:. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
