HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-233CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of _April , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The tolloving members were a sent: nrine Cnupcilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 233 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS SCOVILLE BUSINESS PARK ADDITION WHEREAS, pursua1, to M.S.A. 412.851, the owner of Scoville Press has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following ti::ility and drainage easement: The West 6.0 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Scoville Business Park Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the North 10.0 feet and the.Routh 6.0 feet thereof. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 19, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Z_tur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider_ Councilmembers Crain, Sisk_ Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: nnnp Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
