Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the2lst_ day of April 1gm-.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-227
APPROVING TAXI DRIVERS LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Taxi Drivers Licenses have been received for consideration
and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with plymouth City Code,
Chapter 1146; and
WHERAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants and
finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Taxi Drivers Licenses be approved for a period from April 22, 1986;
through December 31, 1986, for the following:
Laughhead, richard
Bradley, Dwight
Dearing, Larry
Coates, William
Ripley, Michael
O'Neill, Kerry
Sorenson, Martin
Robinson, Steven
Varhol, Steven
Craft, Richard
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembtr Zitur 1, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following-oted
IDin favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain; ti -.k- Vasilinu
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: --none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
