Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the __2t&t day of April -19a6--
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Cniinrilmpmhers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur _
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 226
APPROVING ADDITIONAL TAXI LICENSES
WHEREAS, application for additional Taxi Licenses has been received for Council
approval from Yellow Taxi Service Corporation in accordance with Plymouth City
Code, Chapter 1146; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has reviewed and approved the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Taxi License be approved for a period from April 22, 1986,
through December 31, 1986, for Yellow Taxi Service Corporation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilor mhprs Crain- Sick, vaa,i,
and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
