Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 86- 223
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR 1986 TRAIL PROJECTS
'Y.'HEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvements Program
which allocates $75,000 for trail improvements for the year 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommends said improvements be completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said recommendation from the Park
and Recreation Advisory Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Finance is authorized to transfer
$75,000 from the park dedication account 218-218 to the construction fund
401 to be used'for trail construction work during the year 1986.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
