RESOLUTION NO 86-221
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1986 WEED CUTTING
WHEREAS, occasionally the City is forced to remove weeds from private
property,
AND WHEREAS, in accordance with City policy, bid specifications were prepared
and distributed and bid proposals received and opened on March 18, 1986
AND WHEREAS, the fol.iowing bids were received:
BIDDER AMOUNT
Kahnke Bros. $23.00/hr.
Bruce Lea Enterprises $24.00/hr.

AND WHEREAS, the bid of Kahnke Bros. is in conformance with City specification
for the corr_ract and Kahnke Bros. is therefore declared the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Kahnke Bros.
in the amount of $23.00/hr. further, that funds for this proposal are authofized
from account No. 1.01-124-810.02
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
