RESOLUTION NO. 86-220
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1986 TREE HAULING PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, $60,500 has been budgeted for the 1986 tree hauling contractural
services to be carried out on City owned lands;
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on April 1, 1986
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER
Coolen Bros.
Pioneer Tree Service
Ceres Tree Company
Gorecki and Company
AMOUNT
$124.83/cubic ft./dollar/hr.
$72.74/cubic ft./dollar/hr.
$39.83/cubic ft./dollar/hr.
$76.60/cubic ft./dollar/hr.
AND WHEREAS, The bid of Coolen Bros. is in conformance with City specifications
for the tree hauling and Coolen Bros. is therefore declared the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Ccolen Bros. Tree
Service, that funds for this proposal are authorized from account NO. 206-206-810.26
