RRA Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.86-219 AWARDING BID FOR THE 1986 REFORESTATION PROPOSAL WHEREAS, the Forestry Division will act on the 1986 Reforestation proposal to be carried out on City owned lands; AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City bid specificaitons were prepared and distributed and bid proposals received and opened on March 11, 1986 AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received: BIDDER AMOUNT SECTION I AMOUNT SECTION II TOTAL Margolis Bros. $16,286.00 Hoffman-MacNamera $19,639.00 Noble Nursery $14,430.00 J.T. Noonan $18,416.00 Kahnke Bros. $24,350.00 Lino Lakes Nursery $14,291.20 $9,500.00 $25,786.00 $9,932.00 $29,571.00 $13,330.00 $27,760.00 $19,150.00 $37,566.00 NO BID ------ $7,430.00 $21,721.20 AND WHEREAS, The bid of Lino Lakes Nursery is in conformance with City specifications for the plant materials and Lino Lakes Nursery is therefore declared the lowest responsible bidder. 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Lino Lakes Nursery in the amount of $21,721.20 further, that funds for this proposal are authorized from account NO. 206-206-810.26 9lne motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Qunci1Wjpbe& Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon the followlas voted in rwmr reo : Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, cj.clr_yaci_io, and 7itlir �1ereupOn the RR! !!R RRR
