Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-218
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK 5TH ADDITION FOR TIPTON CORPORATION
(86031) (RPUD 80-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the RPUD Final Plan/Plat and Development Con-
tract for Plymouth Creek 5th Addition as requested by Tipton Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in
a.. amount determined according to paving costs and according to the Dedication
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 80-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur *and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Vhereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
