Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25t day of April 19.
The following members were present: Ma or Schneider. Councilmembers Crain
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur he
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 217
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT, PUD AMENDMENT, AND
DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TIPTON CORPORATION FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK 5TH ADDITION (86031)
(RPUD 80-1)
WHEREAS, Tipton Corporation has requested approval for an RPUD Final Plan/Plat for
Plymouth Creek 5th Addition, a plat for twelve townhouse units in the southeast
quadrant of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the RPUD Final Plan/Plat, PUD Amendment,
and Development Contract for Tipton Corporation for Plymouth Creek 5th Addition at the
southeast quadrant of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9; and,
FURTHER, that the Devel,)pment Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council ember 7ftfir' , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof:
