RESOLUTION NO. 86- 214
APPROVING REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SETTING CONDITIONS TO
BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR WILLOW GROVE OFFICE PARK 1ST
ADDITION FOR CRAIG FREEMAN, FREEMAN'S INC. (86029)
WHEREAS, Craig Freeman, Freeman's Inc., has requested approval for a Revised Prelimin-
ary Plat, General Development Plan, and Final Plat for Willow Grove Office Park 1st
Addition at the northwest corner of Shelard Parkway and County Road 18; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Revised Preliminary Plat, General
Development Plan, and Final Plat for Craig Freeman, Freeman's Inc., for Willow Grove
Office Park 1st Addition located at the northwest corner of Shelard Parkway and County
Road 18, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedi-
cation Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the Final Plat.
4. Execution of Development Contract prior to filing Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor ScReider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur he following
