Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the fit— day of April 19.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmgmbgrs Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 210
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
FOR GARY LAURENT, LAURENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR SILVERTHORNE 2ND ADDITION (86025)
(RPUD 83-2)
WHEREAS, Gary Laurent, Laurent Development Company, has requested approval for an RPUD
Final Plan/Plat for Silverthorne 2nd Addition, a piat for 20 single family residential
lots northeast of Ranchview Lane and 47th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
UP NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the RPUD Final Plan/Plat and Development
Contract for Gary Laurent, Laurent Development Company, for Silverthorne 2nd Addition
northeast of Ranchview Lane and 47th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contr:;ct on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing
voted in favor thereof:
