Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a geaular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of April 15!ak.
The following members were present: MaXor Schnajdar. Cguncj1WgMhPrs Crain -
Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members weiLv absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 207
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR SCHERER
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION FOR SCHERER BROTHERS LUMBER COMPANY (86018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition for Scherer Brothers Lumber Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cougeilownbtr Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
