Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of Aori1 19
The following members were present:_oior Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. _
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk inLroduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 206
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT 2ND
ADDITION FOR SCHERER BROTHERS LUMBER COMPANY (86018)
WHEREAS, Scherer Brothers Lumber Company has requested approval for a Final Plat for
Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition, a plat for two industrial lots northwest
of County Road 18 and Soo Line Railroad right-of-wa,*V; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
relateo to said plat;
.NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development Contract
for Scherer Brothers Lumber Company for Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition
northwest of County Road 18 and Soo Line Railroad right-of-way; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Menager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motiA^ for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dil.y seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou
The following
voted against or abstained: Councilmember Zitur Nhereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
