Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
' Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of
April , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 204
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FERNBROOK LANE - NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 544
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 86-164 of the City Council, adopted the 31st day of
March, 1986, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and
street improvements on Fernbrook Lane - North of County Road 9; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and street improvements on Fernbrook Lane - North of County
Road 9; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
the 21st day of April 1986, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted March 31, 1986.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates is designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
