The following members were present: Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86-203 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION UF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PIKE LAKE SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR, PHASE II UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 008-001 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 86-163 of the City Council, adopted the 31st day of March 1986, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to improvements of Pike Lake Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Phase II; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer interceptor from the existing lift station near 60th Avenue and Goldenrod Lane (Point 31 on the Comprehensive Sewer Plan) Easterly to the intersection of County Road 10 and County Road 18 (Point 34); and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 21st day of April 1986, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 31, 1986. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
