CITY OF PLYMOUTH
io Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was"held on the ur�t_ day
of Dril , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86- 202
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
OUTLOT D, PLYMOUTH CREEK 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the following drainage and utility
easement:
All of the drainage and utility easements contained within Outlot D,
Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition.
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for April
21, 1986 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of April 21, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on April 21, 1986 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of said drainage and
utility easement; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not
needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following street and utility easements be vacated:
All of the drainage and utility easements contained within Outlot D,
Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition.
The motion for the €doption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
