Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -gegular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of _April , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 194
ORDERING PUBLIC BEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF OLD COUNTY ROAD NO. 6 (16TH AVENUE NORTH)
ADJACENT TO LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the Developers of Artograph are
petitioning the City Council for the vacation of the following street
right-of-way:
All that part of Old County Road No. 6 lying Southeast of the
following described line:
A line parallel to and 50 feet Southeast of the Centerline of
Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 6 plat 5.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the sane to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 5, 1986 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The mction for the adoption of the foregoing r-olution was duly seconded by
Council membar Zi-tir and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly assed and adopted. a
