Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Rpgijlar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
April , 1986. The following members were present:
Maynr Schneider. C.ouncilmamherc Crain, Sisk. Vacilinu and 7itur
The following members were absent: nnnp
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 193
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - FOX RUN SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 31, 1986, a report
has been prepared Ly the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Fox Run
2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this
report was received by the Council on April 7, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted March 31, 1986. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the
Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolu�.inn was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmember Crain,
Sisk, Vasiltou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstain,!: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declares duly passed and adopted.
