HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-190CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of April 19B6. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider- Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: .nne Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-190 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT FOR BASS LAKE ESTATES (MPUD 85-1) (86028) WHEREAS, Robert Burger, Bass Lake Development, Inc., has requested a Conditional Use Planned Unit Development Plan Amendment for Bass Lake Estates relating to building setbacks to Hemlock Lane for the development northwest of Bass Lake Road and Hemlock Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing ai.d recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a Conditional Use Planned Unit Developme+t Plan Amendment for Bass Lake Estates, northwest of Bass Lake Road and Hemlock Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Building setbacks for Lot 1, Block 1; Lot 31, Block 3; and, Lot 3, Block 4 shall be 30 ft. to the internal public roadway and 35 ft. to Hemlock Lane; 20 ft. rear yard and 10 ft. to the side yard for living area; and, 6 ft. to the side yard garage area. 2. Setbacks for all other lots are maintained as originally approved for Lhe Bass Lake Estates PUD. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote bebq taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo :tel yorrch eider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur _ — The owing voted against or abstainad: none Whereupon the RresQlution was declared duly passed and aftned.
