Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Mimesota, was held on the 7th day of Anri1

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 186
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR STUART ADDITION
(86014) (RPUD 82-1)
WHEREAS, Stuart Nolan, Stuart Corporation, has requested approval for RPUD Final
Plan/Plat for Stuart Addition, a plat for one lot for two apartment houses west of
Plymouth Creek and north of 37th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit
Development Final Plan/Plat for Stuart Nolan, Stuart Corporation, for Stuart Addition
located west of Plymouth Creek and north of 37th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilotember Zitur and upon vote being taken hereon, the follow— ng
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk
Vasiliou and Zitur _ he following
