Parm nt to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of April 198
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-185
APPROVING CONDITIONAL ISE PERMIT FOR HANCE DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC. (85135)
WHEREAS, Hance Distributing Company, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use
Permit for incidental retail sales of lawn and garden equipment in the Industrial
District at their office/warehouse facility south of 16th Avenue North and west of
Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommender approval;
W)%', THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Hance Distributing Com-
pany, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for retail sales in the Industrial District at
their office/ warehouse facility south of 16th Avenue North and west of Highway 55,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the Hance Distributing Company, Inc. as operator of the
facility and shall not be transferable.
2. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
3. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
4. All parkinq shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded btf
Coun and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain.
