Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of April , 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliuu and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 182
ADOPTING ASSESSMENT
1985 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the propnsed assessments
for 1985 weed eradication and destruction charges as provided for by the City
Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it deems just;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part thereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special
assessment against the land named therein and each tract of land herein
included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the assessment
levied against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
10 3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director
by May 7, 1986 without additional charge. After May 7, 1986 daily
interest charge based on an annual rate of 9.36% starting on April 7,
1986 will be due in addition to the levied assessment. The last date a
payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is November 15, 1986.
After that date interest shall be added from the date of this resolution
until December 31, 1987 and payment can only be made to Hennepin County
with the 1987 property taxes.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid
over Dae same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the 1985 weed eradication and destruction charges
assessed by this resolution are $813.46.
The motion for tho adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cou ;mel;_Zi,tur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Fssolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
