Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a .:,Speci,al meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was.beld on the 31st
10day of March , 1986 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider; Councilmembers Crain'—,isk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-176
ADOPTING A 16 VOTING PRECINCT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has experienced and continues to experience rapid
growth which requires the establishment of new voting precincts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed various alternatives regarding the
establishment of new voting precincts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that this Council hereby adopts a 16 voting precinct plan
for the City of Plymouth, a copy of which is hereby attached as Exhibit
effective April 1, 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following vote n favor thereof:, ayor S ,der, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur —_ eo ow ng
voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
