Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Spacial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the list day
. of March , 1986. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: nnna
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-175
DESIGNATING CONSULTANT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
FIRE STATION NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1986 Capital Improvements Program
is proposing to construct Fire Station No. 3 and remodel Fire Station No. 1;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate an architect for this project; and
WHEREAS, the Consultant Selection Committee has interviewed consultants in
accordance with the City policy and selected two firms which were interviewed
by the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
10 PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Boarman Architects, Inc., of Minneapolis, Minnesota
be designated as the consultant for Fire Station No. 3 and remodeling of Fire
Station No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Architect will prepare an agreement for Phase I
services only for review and comment by the Staff and final approval by the
City Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
