Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 31st day of
March 1986. The following members were present:

Couniclmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86171
ORDERING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHERER INDUSTRIAL PARR 2ND ADDITION - PROJECT 616
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of the Scherer
Industrial Park 2nd Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer and drainage facilities, and 9 ton bituminous street with concrete
curb and gutter, and all necessary ap;urtenances, was duly presented to the
City Council on March 3, 1986; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted March 3, 1986 a
report has been reviewed by the City Council with reference to the improvement,
and this report was received by the City Council on March 31, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street named as the
location of the improvement; and have waived their rights to
public improvement and special assessment hearings.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted March 31, 1986.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc, is hereby
designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
4. The developer agrees to provide the City with a financial
guarantee to cover the costs of preparing said final plans and
specifications.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmmbars Crain
Sisk Vasijiou
The following voted against or abstained: Zitur
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
