Pursuant to due call and nct;ce thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 31st day
Of March , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: nnnp
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-168
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
OUTLOT D, PLYMOUTH CREEK 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Michael Sjeklocha has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of a certain easement on Outlot D, Plymouth Creek 2nd
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation:
All of the drainage and utility easement containerd within dutlot
D, Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the said petition and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 21, 1986
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Cite Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cpuncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk..Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
