Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a gporial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 31st day
of March , 1986. The following members were present: —

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-167
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTIVG - FOR RUN 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc.
requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Fox
Run 2nd Addition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fox Run 2nd
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street
lighting, filed with the City Council on March 31, 1986 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of
property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance
10 to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and
they have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should beat be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Vasilidu , and upon vote being takenthereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, YBsiliou and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
