HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-161DCITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice t. -reof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the da �r of March 19,361 The following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmember�n, -- _ Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur T1w following members were absent: none Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 161 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WAYNE AND NANCY MENGE AT 3190 KIMBERLY LANE NORTH (86016) WHEREAS, Wayne and Nancy Menge have requested a Conditional Use Permit to locate an amateur radio antenna which would exceed the Ordinance height provisions for the R -1A Zoning District at 3190 Kimberly Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public . Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Wayne and Nancy Menge to locate an amateur radio antenna on property at 3190 Kimberly Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the petitioner and shall not be transferable. 3. There shall be no signage allowed on the tower. 4. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 5. Maximum tower height approved is 48 ft. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: mayor SEMMIlder, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
