The following a m6ers were present: MaXo r S _ hn i d r _ Ce m r i 1 m mh rc Crain - The following members were absent: nnnp fta stir +Fr rnuncilmpmhpr 7itur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 159 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR TURCK MULTIPROX, INC. (86012) WHEREAS, Turck Multiprox, Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan and Variance for an approximate 48,580 sq. ft. office/warehouse/manufacturing facility southwest of Xenium Lane and Campus Drive; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Turck Multiprox, Inc. for a Site Plan and Variance for an approximate 48,580 sq. ft. office/warehouse/manu- facturing facility south of Xenium Lane and Campus Drive, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. • 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedi- cation Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for com- pletion of site improvements. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure, and no out- side storage is permitted. 7. Approved Variance: A waiver from the fire lane requirements along the south and east building sides. . 8. Approval includes deferral of 28 Ordinance required parking stalls, which shall be constructed in accordance with the approved Site Plan when determined by the City that need for the stalls has been demonstrated. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following • voted in favor thereof: —Mayor c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zi tun The following voted aga nst or abstained: none reupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
