Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of March . 1986.
. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. CJsk_
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 158
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACCESS CHANNEL 7
OPERATING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to clarify the purpose, policies and procedures
associated with the operation of the City of Plymouth local government access channel
7; and
WHEREAS, the staff has prepared a policy responsive to the Council's concern:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
. that It should and hereby does adopt the Local Government Access Channel 7 Operating
Policies and Procedures, dated March 17, 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Ma vor Schneider. Coun_ilmpmhprs Crain, Sick,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: nong
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopt;
