The foll,ving members were present: Mayor Schneider, Counc? memhers Crain, Sisk. Vasilivi and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-156 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE WITHIN THE PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City Council shall consider the vacation of the following street right-of-way: That part of Orchard Avenue lying between the southerly extensions of the West line of Lot 5 and the East line of Lot 2, Block A, "Plymouth Orchards Hennepin Co., Minn.", according to the recorded plat thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 7, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider- Councilmembprs Sick_ Crain. Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none
