Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of March , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, COunci members Crain, Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none *,tit dk�kdt **,k COuncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-155 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - PARKERS LAKE FARM SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 24, 1986, a report has been prepared by the Director of Public Works with reference to the improvement of Parkers Lake Farm Second Addition by the installation of an ornamental residential street light and this report was received by the Council on February 24, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. • 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 17, 1986. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the . following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain - Silk.
