Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of March . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, CounEilmembers Crain, r7sc,
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-145
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR ST.
MARY'S ADDITION FOR ST. MARY'S OF THE LAKE CHURCH (85119)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for St.
Mary's Addition as requested by St. Mary's of the Lake Church;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
is1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. Outlot A deed shall be provided to the City prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow—In

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
