Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of March . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider�ouncilme■bers Crain, Sisk,
Vasillou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-144
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ST MARYS ADDITION FOR ST MARYS OF THE
LAKE CHURCH (85119)
WHEREAS, St. Marys of the Lake Church has requested approval for Final Plat for St.
Marys Addition, a plat for 4 single family lots, one outlot for public park, and one
lot for the church facility located south of Quinwood Lane and west of Pineview Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for St. Marys of the Lake Church for St. Marys Addition located south of
Quinwood Lane and west of Pineview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
