HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-143CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of March 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, is c, _ Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-143 DENIAL OF REVISED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR HARRISON HILLS FOR DAVID PETERSON, HARRISON HILLS, INC. (86009) (RPUD 80-2) WHEREAS, David Peterson, Harrison Hills, Inc. has requested approval for a Revised Residential Planned Unit Development Plan for increased lot coverage of 30% for 15 residential lots; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at, a duly called Public Hearing and recommends denial; .NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request by David Peterson, Harrison Hills, Inc. for a revised Residential Planned Unit Development Plan for Harrison Hills (RPUD 80-2) for the following reasons: 1. The request is not consistent with the overall PUD design and Ordinance expected attributes. 2. There are alternate dwelling designs and lot use -age which could be pursued while maintaining the 20 percent lot coverage provisions. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o wring voted in favor thereof: Mayor c nei er, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
