Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day ofMprrh . 19.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Tundlmembers Lrain, sim. _
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 142
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION, LOT
DIVISION AND VARIANCES FOR RICK RADECKI (86007)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation, Lot Division, and Variances
for Rick Radecki for property located at 2735 Kilmer Lane under Resolution No. 86-141;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation/Divison:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
40 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for one parcel prior to fil-
ing the division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of
the Division.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation is filed
with Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation with Hennepin County.
6. Approved Variances: lot sizes of 14,984 sq. ft. and 16,167 sq. ft. vs. 18,500 sq.
ft. and 100 ft. lot width vs. 110 ft.
7. The reasons for granting the variances are as follows: There is an abnormal lot
arrangement; the resulting residential density is considerably lower than normal;
the subject property abuts parkland; and, the resulting lot sizes and shapres are
consistent with those in the neighborhood.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
