Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the —:C�_ day of

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-135
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
PROJECT NO. 602
COUNTY ROAD 15 STREET/TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted October 28, 1985 a
report has been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. with reference to
the improvement of County Road 15 from Carlson Parkway to Vicksburg Lane, by
the installation of bituminous street, drainage improvements and trail
improvements and this report was received by the Council on March 3, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIrf OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The report is hereby received and referred to the Assessment
. Committee for their review and recommendation as to funding the
project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Moor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. SiSk.
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
