HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-132CITY OF PLYHOM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the rd day of March 1988 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Co nc Imembers Vasiliou and Zitur Mo lowing •embers were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introducer the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-132 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PARKERS LAKE FARM SECOND ADDITION FOR KENNETH PETERSON (86013) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Parkers Lake Farm Second Addition as requested by Kenneth Peterson; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1b1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedicaton Pees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 5. Deeds for Outlots A and B shall be provided prior to filing the Final Plat. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain and upon vow being taken thereon, the fellow voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Zitur The voted against or abstained: none reupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
