Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of March , 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider—," Crain. Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur Tire

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-131
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PARKERS LAKE FARM SECOND ADDITI014 FOR
KENNETH PETERSON (86013)
WHEREAS, Kenneth Peterson has requested approval for Final Plat for Parkers Lake Farm
Second Addition, a plat for 17 residential lots and two outlots on the east side of
Parkers Lake and west of Harbor Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Parkers Lake Farm Second Addition for Kenneth Peterson for 17 residential
Lots and two outlots on the e9st side of Parkers Lake and west of Harbor Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said P1dL be approved, aced that the Mayor
and City Manager .,e authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motlen for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being tam thereon, the following
