HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-130CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the r day of March , 19!&. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following me0ers were absent: none �a �f Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-130 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DONALD WILDMAN, SCOVILLE BUSINESS CENTER (86005) WHEREAS, Donald Wildman, Scoville Business Center, has requested approval for a pre- liminary plat for une industrial lot south of the intersection of 27th and 28th Avenues North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear- ing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary plat for Donald Wildman, Scoville Business Center, for one industrial lot south of the intersection of 27th and 28th Avenues North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Provisions for a 15 ft. wide trail easement per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards at the time of site plan review. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and ac- cording to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. 4. No further Building Permits shall be Issued until the Final Plat Is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 5. No variances are granted or Implied for future expansion represented on the General Development Plan. 6. Further development of the property is subject to Ordinance review and approval requirements.
