Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Jrd day of March 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers rain, Sisk, —
Vasiliou and Zitur ,Tiw
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-127
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHWEST
BUSINESS CAMPUS 9TH ADDITION FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY (85136) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plan/Plat for Northwest Business
Campus 9th Addition as requested by Prudential Insurance Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.

2. Payment of park dedication Pees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and r --corded with
Hennepin County.
5. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved MPUD 81-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk, and upon vote being taken thereon, the o J ng
