Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of March , 1966.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur .The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-126
APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 9TH ADDITION FOR
PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY (85136) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval for Final Plan and Plat
for Northwest Business Campus 9th Addition (MPUD 81-1), a plat for two industrial lots
southeast of Northwest Boulevard and Campus Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
.MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plan and Plat for Northwest
Business Campus 9th Addition for Prudential Insurance Company for two industrial lots
and one outlot southeast of Northwest Boulevard and Campus Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:orSchneider,Councilmembers Crain, Sisk-
Zitur any
voted against or abstained: none thereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
