Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of March , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-123
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF OAKVIEW LANE WITHIN THE SCHMIDT LAKE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the following street right-of-way:
All that part of Oakview Lane platted within the Schmidt Lake
West Addition which lies westerly of a line 30 feet West of and
parallel to the centerline of Oakview Lane and within 150 feet of
the North plat boundary:.
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for March
3, 1986 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of March 3, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 3, 1986 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of said street; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said street is not needed
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following street is hereby vacated:
All that part of Oakview Lane platted within the Schmidt Lake
West Addition which lies westerly of a line 30 feet West of and
parallel to the centerline of Oakview Lane and within 150 feet of
the North plat boundary.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
.nunrilmamhPr Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider-Councilmemhers Crain. Sisk.

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
